THE AMNANDA PROCESS
The Amnanda Process is a therapeutic journey rooted in a Tibetan tradition of Ayurveda. It consists of twelve revitalising oil treatments, delivered once a month over the course of a year. Each session combines gentle touch, carefully prepared herbal oils, and supportive conversation to help release the physical and emotional effects of deeply held stress and tension.

In Ayurveda, both physical and mental stress can leave subtle imprints in our cells and tissues. Over time, these can affect our health, slow the body’s natural healing processes, and even contribute to early signs of ageing. The Amnanda Process helps dissolve these imprints, encouraging regeneration and renewal, not only on a cellular level but also emotionally and spiritually.

Amnanda is considered a rasayana, a treatment that rejuvenates and restores. The herbal oils and techniques used are selected to calm the nervous system and cultivate inner peace, essential ingredients for long-term vitality and graceful ageing.

What Does It Involve?​
The journey unfolds over 12 monthly treatments, ideally spaced about four weeks apart, though appointments can sometimes be scheduled up to six weeks apart if needed. Each session begins with a brief conversation about how you are feeling, followed by a 40-minute application of herb-infused oils gently massaged into the body, and concludes with a few minutes of quiet rest.

To support the body between sessions, clients enjoy two specially formulated herbal teas throughout the year, an Ayurvedic green tea to support immunity, and another to support hormonal balance. For two months during the course, a daily herbal tincture is also used to strengthen connective tissue and support skin health.

The Amnanda Process works gradually, releasing tension and trauma held in the body, layer by layer. While every experience is unique, clients often notice greater clarity, renewed energy, improved relationships, and a restored sense of vitality as the process develops.

The cost of each session is £70. The treatment can be given at my studio in Wells-next-the-Sea, or in your own home, (if within a 15 mile radius) at an extra cost of £10.
