ABOUT WILDLY NURTURED

Nurturing Wellness, Naturally

Life can sometimes pull us away from our natural rhythm, leaving us restless, disconnected, or depleted. At Wildly Nurtured, I provide a welcoming space in North Norfolk, where yoga and Ayurvedic therapies are offered with gentle guidance and mindful care. Here, you are encouraged to honour your inner wildness, nurture your body and spirit, and cultivate lasting balance, vitality, and contentment.

My approach is gentle, holistic, and rooted in timeless wisdom, helping you care for yourself in a way that feels natural and sustainable.

YOGA AND AYURVEDA

Where Body, Mind and Spirit Find Balance

Yoga and Ayurveda are rooted in the ancient Vedic traditions of India, with a history that spans thousands of years. Together, they guide us to care for our bodies, minds and spirits in gentle balance.

Ayurveda helps us understand our unique nature, what supports our wellbeing, and what can disrupt our balance. It offers wisdom for living in harmony with the natural cycles and our individual constitution.

Yoga provides practical tools such as movement, breathwork and mindfulness, which we can practice in our daily lives to help support Ayurvedic wisdom.

By combining these practices, we discover that wellbeing is something to nurture. Living in alignment with ourselves and the natural world cultivates grounding, connection, and ease in everyday life.

Amnanda Process

Amnanda Therapy is primarily a deeply restorative, nurturing twelve month process. It focuses on creating a profound sense of safety and rest through gentle touch and warm oils. The emphasis is on calming the nervous system, allowing emotional release, and supporting the body’s natural ability to self-heal. There is very little talking — the work happens quietly, not only through touch, stillness, and presence whilst on the couch, it continues inbetween the treatments too. Amnanda is ideal if you’re feeling overwhelmed, depleted, anxious, or simply in need of being held in a deeply supportive space.

Lifebalance

Lifebalance is a therapeutic journey which takes place over twelve monthly treatments. It combines the nurturing touch of Amnanda using a special warm oil, with guided self-reflection and lifestyle awareness. Alongside the treatment, there is gentle conversation, intention-setting, and practical insights rooted in Ayurveda to help you bring more balance into everyday life. It’s about understanding patterns, making conscious choices, and gradually aligning how you live with what truly supports your wellbeing.

ABOUT ME

Hello, I’m Justine, and I live in the beautiful seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea on the North Norfolk Coast. For years, I’ve embraced the life-changing impact of yoga and meditation, appreciating the profound benefits they bring to both body and mind.

Having experienced chronic stress while running my own business, I sold the company in search of a healthier, more balanced way of living. My yoga practice deepened and led me to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. It was then that I chose to go through the Amnanda Process, a blissful Ayurvedic therapy. It brought remarkable changes to my life and inspired me to train in this healing method so that I could share it with others. My training in Ayurvedic treatments continues still, as my interest and knowledge of Ayurveda deepens.

Now in my late 50s, I wholeheartedly believe in the benefits of yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda for health and vitality. I’m excited to share these transformative practices with you, guiding you to a more content and balanced life.

My 200 hr yoga teacher training was with Daizan Skinner, founder of Zenways and the first Englishman to become a Roshi or Zen Master in the Rinzai school of Zen. Through him, I discovered the powerful benefits of somatic yoga through internal awareness, mindful movement, and connecting with the body's sensations.

I am a full member of the Yoga Alliance.
