A New Evening Yoga Class This Winter

This winter, I’m trying something new, and I’m really excited to share it with you. For the very first time, I’ll be offering an evening yoga class in North Norfolk, giving those of you who work during the day the chance to roll out your mat and unwind once the working day is done.
Starting this January, I’ll be teaching Thursday evenings from 6 pm - 7 pm at Warham Reading Rooms. It feels like the perfect antidote to these cold, wet winter nights, a gentle pause in the week where you can step out of your warm home and into an even warmer, welcoming space.
The village hall in Warham is a lovely place to practise. It’s beautifully heated with toasty underfloor heating, plus overhead heating for an extra boost on particularly chilly evenings. Think cosy, calm, and comforting; the ideal environment to stretch, breathe, and let the day melt away.
This class is designed to help you transition from “work mode” to “rest mode,” with thoughtful, guided yoga to support both body and mind. Whether you’re new to yoga or already have a regular practice, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
So if your days are full and your evenings are your only quiet window, I’d love you to join me. Wrap up warm, step out into the winter evening, and give yourself an hour just for you.
Spaces are limited, so booking is recommended. Find full details and reserve your place here.
I really hope this new evening class makes yoga more accessible for those who’ve been unable to come during the day, and I’d love to see you there.
