Hi, I’m Justine. After experiencing burnout and making some big changes in my own life, I found my way back to balance through yoga, Ayurveda, and time in nature. What I share here comes from that journey; gentle, supportive practices to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel more at ease in yourself.
My Story
I live on the North Norfolk coast with my husband and our dog, Red, embracing a slower, more balanced way of life, but I didn’t always live this way.
After years of running my own tourism business, I reached burnout. The stress began to take a real toll on my health, and I knew something had to change.
Yoga had always been there for me; a way to find calm and clarity when things felt overwhelming. Alongside that, being outdoors, especially walking along the North Norfolk coast, gave me a deep sense of peace.
Everything shifted when I went through the Amnanda Process. It made me stop, reflect, and ultimately led me to make a life-changing decision: I sold my business and chose a different path.
I trained as a yoga teacher to deepen my understanding, which naturally evolved into teaching. From there, I discovered Ayurveda and continued my training in holistic therapies and Ayurvedic facials.
Now, as I approach 60, I’m more passionate than ever about supporting wellbeing in a way that nurtures the body, mind, and emotions. My work isn’t just what I do, it’s how I live.
