I offer treatments from 9.30am to 8.30pm on Tuesdays. All treatments can be booked online. I can also accommodate treatments on other days, so please contact me to discuss your needs and other availability options.  Initial consultations are free. Using gentle somatic touch and warm Ayurvedic oils, chosen to support your current emotional state, this signature treatment uses an exceptionally light, rhythmic, and flowing massage technique.

As the body begins to release held tension, the mind naturally settles into a state of calm and ease, helping you feel more rested, present, and connected within yourself.

These sessions are designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and subtle emotional release.

There is no deep tissue work or forceful manipulation of muscles. This is a gentle somatic approach focused on rest, relaxation, and restoring balance within the mind and body.

What To Expect

You will be invited to lie comfortably and be fully supported throughout the session. Touch is light, slow, and sometimes still. It is designed to support awareness and safety within the body rather than physical manipulation. Warm oil is used to encourage softening and ease. You don’t need to do or say anything unless you want to. The session unfolds at your body’s pace.

Booking Your Session

Sessions are available in 60-minute and 90-minute formats, with the 90-minute session recommended for deeper nervous system settling.
