MY YOGA STYLE
​I teach somatic yoga in my classes, blending mindful awareness with a soft Hatha flow. We move slowly and with intention, focusing on how each transition feels rather than how a pose looks. Guided by breath and sensation, you’re invited to build strength and mobility while releasing tension and calming the nervous system.

My classes aren’t about performance or perfection. They’re about presence, a chance to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself beneath the noise of everyday life.

My classes are for mixed abilities as I offer alternative postures to suit my students' needs. If you would like to find out more, give me a call or drop me an email. Alternatively, come along and discover for yourself.

NB. There will be no classes at Wighton on Monday 4 May, or at Warham Reading Rooms on 7 May (when the hall will be used for the local elections).
