Service Description

Coastal Health and Wellbeing, in the old Cottage Hospital, is within easy walking distance of the centre of the beautiful seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea; however, there is plenty of parking space if you plan to drive to the class. The room we practice yoga in is bright and welcoming. I welcome all levels of experience; however, please don't hesitate to contact me if you'd like to discuss your mobility before attending one of my classes.
