I'm Justine and I support both men and women to feel calmer, more balanced, and more connected to themselves through yoga and Ayurvedic therapies.

My work is shaped by a deep belief that we're not meant to push through or override what our bodies are telling us. Instead, I offer a space where you can slow down, be supported, and restore a sense of balance in a way that feels natural and sustainable.

Whether you come to a class or for a treatment, my approach is gentle, intuitive, and centred around you. Everything I offer is adapted to meet you where you are.

I provide a welcoming space where you can step away from the noise, feel supported, and gently reconnect with yourself.

Amnanda Therapies

Amnanda Therapy and Lifebalance offer a year-long journey to restore body, mind, and spirit. Amnanda uses gentle touch and warm oils to calm the nervous system and promote self-healing. Lifebalance combines this with guided reflection, intention-setting, and Ayurvedic insights to help align your life with intention and purpose. These therapies bring relaxation, emotional clarity, and lasting balance.

Ayurvedic Facials

Ayurvedic facials are a nurturing, holistic ritual. Using warm, herb-infused oils and tailored natural formulations, these treatments combine soothing massage with marma point activation to refresh the skin, improve circulation, and support lymphatic flow. Choose from three facials designed to cleanse, hydrate, lift, and rejuvenate, leaving your skin radiant and your mind calm and restored.

Yoga and Ayurveda

Yoga and Ayurveda are traditional practices, dating back thousands of years, to support overall health and wellbeing.

 

Yoga combines movement and breath to strengthen the body, increase flexibility, and promote relaxation, while also calming the mind.

 

Ayurveda is a health system known as the 'knowledge of life', which focuses on balancing the body through lifestyle, nutrition and therapuetic treatments. 

 

Yoga and ayurveda are intertwined; whilst they have distinct functions, they are designed to work together to create a holistic system for achieving physical, mental, and spiritual health.
